The rising cost-pressure and the continuously high drains let the profit of middle-class companies always more decrease. An accumulation of own-capital-funds are therefore almost impossible.

As a result of a low equity-ratio the stability of a company can be in danger. This is not aware for the most companies.
Newest researches resulted that it could be recommended for the most small and middle-class companies to develop a suitable equity-strategy. This equity-conception is a procedure, which is oriented at defined targets and based on this targets the procedure will choosed strategies to reach them.

This strategies determine the planned, future target-states, which are to implement with the equity-strategies and which are to realize with the in the market available funding-alternatives.

Concrete equity-strategies would be:

  • The level of the necessary equity and the internal-financing must be clarified
  • If external investors shall take part at the company. In this case a representative auditor should make a selection of the investors which are to contacted.

 

This carrying-out makes clear: Middle-class companies must understand the improvement of the own reliability as basic business-task and this way lead across the equity.
